Audacity Tours LLC Kicks Off Family Reunion Tour in Pittsburgh

On June 22, Audacity Tours LLC launched its highly anticipated 4-city Family Reunion Tour in Pittsburgh, marking the event with a sold-out crowd of over 150 attendees. The vibrant evening took place at Privé Creative Studios, owned by Rafqui Cromwell, and was hosted by the charismatic Mister Rice.

The event featured six standout performances, including the Double Dutch Swing Squad, Abigail Potter, Bilal Ré, Martel Brown Jr., Orlando Watson, and designer Jordan B. with her brand A Loved 1. Each performer brought their unique talent to the stage, captivating the audience and setting a high bar for the tour's upcoming stops.

As guests arrived at 6 PM, they were greeted by Martel Brown's stylish moves and the inviting aroma of Fix Me a Plate’s BBQ. The vibrant marketplace, refreshing open bar, and DJ Theo Atlas’s tunes created an immersive experience from the moment they walked in.

The Audacity Marketplace showcased three black-owned businesses from Pittsburgh: Nabkindo Skincare, Press on Posse, and Nyahs Treats. Guests had the opportunity to shop and support these local entrepreneurs, adding to the community-centric atmosphere of the event.

Culinary delights were provided by Fix Me a Plate, whose southern BBQ had attendees coming back for seconds. Roxannes Catering offered an open bar, ensuring that everyone stayed refreshed throughout the night. The musical ambiance was maintained by Audacity’s residential DJ, Theo Atlas, whose lively beats kept the energy high.

Adding to the creative vibe, live painter Morisha Moore of Ghett Customs created stunning artwork on the spot, raffling off two pieces during the show. The event was documented by CWL Creattives' photography and Shanell Lamere Films' videography, capturing the essence of the evening for posterity.

Tour merchandise, designed and created by NxLxbel LaChae, was a hit among attendees, further enhancing the event’s sense of community and style. The Audacity Team, traveling from near and far, worked together to ensure the success of the night.

The night concluded with swag surfing and line dancing, perfectly wrapping up the first stop of the Audacity: Family Reunion Tour. The event set a high standard for the upcoming tour dates in Baltimore, Richmond, and Charlotte, promising even more community engagement and artistic excellence.
